POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for client recruitment, testing, assessment, orientation and on-going evaluation. Coordinates 
instruction, counseling, planning, evaluation, documentation, and goal setting with clients. Responsible for
motivating the farmworker services team to meet monthly enrollment & placement goals.
