1 Truck Driver Instructor Assistant
LOCATION: Winton

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for support of the Truck Driver Instructor. To include instruction of participants and
competency compliance in the Truck Driving field. Instructs and trains students for positions in the trucking transportation
industry. The Assistant will be responsible for helping to develop student skills, knowledge, and attitudes commensurate to
the goals of the program and effectively using materials and equipment to help students meet goals.
2 Youth Specialist – Farmworker Services
LOCATION: Merced, Madera and Stanislaus Counties

POSITION SUMMARY: NFJP Youth Specialist plays a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and resources to young individuals
engaged in farm work or dependents of farmworkers. The Youth Specialist will work directly with youth, ages
18-24, to help them navigate their career paths, address challenges they face in their work environments, and
access educational and professional development opportunities. This position requires a combination of
counseling skills, knowledge of agricultural work environments, workforce development and a passion for
youth.
3 Business Services Representative
LOCATION: Modesto
