1 Truck Driver Instructor
LOCATION: Winton

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the instruction of participants and competency compliance in the Truck Driving field. Instructs and trains students for positions in the trucking transportation industry. The instructor will be responsible for developing student skills, knowledge, and attitudes commensurate to the goals of the program and effectively using materials and equipment to meet goals.
2 Youth Specialist – Farmworker Services
LOCATION: Merced, Madera and Stanislaus Counties

POSITION SUMMARY: NFJP Youth Specialist plays a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and resources to young individuals
engaged in farm work or dependents of farmworkers. The Youth Specialist will work directly with youth, ages
18-24, to help them navigate their career paths, address challenges they face in their work environments, and
access educational and professional development opportunities. This position requires a combination of
counseling skills, knowledge of agricultural work environments, workforce development and a passion for
youth.
3 Business Services Representative
LOCATION: Modesto
SALARY: $46K - $54K/YR, DOE. Full Time, Benefits & 401K

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing unsubsidized jobs and On-The-Job-Training (OJT) positions with employers in the
private sector for program participants. Document all job referrals and follow-up in progress notes and update
forms. May drive participant to the job interview. Outreach.
4 MIS Manager
LOCATION: Winton, Merced County
SALARY: $55-$77K/YR, Full Time, Benefits & 401k

POSITION SUMMARY: Perform support functions for the Planning and Operations Department. Takes lead on reporting, data entry, follow up, retention, file management, CalJOBS and Federal database management (GPMS), local/state/federal MIS monitoring and addresses deficiencies within all CVOC programs. In addition, supervises and leads the MIS staff and provides oversight to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting and must have the ability to become familiar with all program eligibility guidelines and program requirements related to CVOC’s Education, Workforce, and Energy programs in Madera, Merced and Stanislaus counties.
5 Bus Driver/Custodian
LOCATION: Merced or Stanislaus County
SALARY: $19.00/hr. Full Time, Benefits & 401(k)
