1 HEP Case Manager/Job Developer
LOCATION: Modesto/Patterson
SALARY: $40 – 46K/YR., DOE. Full Time, Benefits & 401K

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for client outreach, recruitment, eligibility determination, testing, assessment, orientation, vocational counseling and client progress evaluation. Provide orientation and assistance in accessing post secondary education opportunities and provide, job readiness training and job placement assistance. Responsible for meeting monthly enrollment & placement quotas.
2 Madera County Center Director
LOCATION: Madera
SALARY: $50 – 60K/YR, DOE. Regular, Full Time, Benefits & 401(k)

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily operations and overall planning, development, operation, management, and performance standards of all Madera County workforce development, vocational training and supportive services programs and activities. Maintains communication with community agencies, businesses, and other entities as appropriate for marketing and collaboration purposes. Responsible for all Madera program outcomes.
3 Farmworker Services Supervisor
LOCATION: Winton, Merced County, CA
SALARY: $55K to $60K per year

POSITION SUMMARY: The Farmworker Services Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Farmworker Services Department across the Madera, Winton, and Modesto Workforce Centers. This position supervises assigned staff, ensures consistent implementation of program requirements, supports outreach and training activities, and assists with administrative and performance responsibilities.

4 Director of Contracts and Planning
LOCATION: Winton
SALARY: $80 – 100K/YR, Regular, Full Time, Benefits & 401(k)

POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises planning and IT department. Responsible for the overall corporation planning functions, including development of new programs, proposal preparation, initial program implementation, program monitoring, program evaluation, corrective action plans, and technical assistance as needed. Also responsible for maintaining the corporation standards for instruction, school certifications, and vocational school improvement.
